How do I schedule an appointment?

Call 313-644-HURT, fill our the form on our contact page, or come by our office.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

We accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Medicare, Medicaid, and more.

Insurance card, photo ID, referral (if applicable), relevant medical records, and a list of medications.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
